The state park offers a gateway to hiking, biking, fishing, and canoeing adventures. Our rivers offer peace and quiet, natural beauty and plenty of fun for all ages and all levels of water skill. The Navarre Beach area also has plenty of outdoor fun to offer. Connect with nature by explore the Gulf or the Santa Rosa Sound by kayak, and stop at one of the secluded sandbars along the Gulf Islands National Seashore. For hiking and biking trails, stop by the Visitor Center for a comprehensive nature trails map.

Free Family Fun:

Now you can be in paradise without breaking the bank. Stop by the visitor center for information on activities that are low- or no-cost, including visiting museums in Historic Milton and Bagdad Village, playing in the Navarre Beach Park and Kids' Splash Pad or stopping by the Panhandle Butterfly House.

Fishing:

Now is the best time for a good catch. Just ask the locals where they are biting and then head out and try your luck. The Beaches to Rivers of Santa Rosa offer any imaginable type of fresh and saltwater fishing. We have The Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound and beautiful bays, rivers and streams! Pick up a license at a local sports or bait and tackle shop. On Navarre Beach you can obtain one at The Fun Store next to Cocodrie's (they rent poles also).
