Santa Rosa County currently leases 97 hangars at the Peter Prince Airport, 5550 North Airport Road, Milton, FL 32570 and has units available.

Light twin end hangars rent for $190.00-$225.00 per month plus tax, and light twin T-Hangars are $175.00 per month plus tax.

Cabin twin end hangars rent for $215.00 per month plus tax, and cabin twin T-hangars rent for $200.00 per month plus tax.

Corporate hangars rent for $800.00 and $1000.00 per month plus tax.

Upon execution of a hangar lease agreement, the tenant must provide proof of aircraft ownership and proof of liability insurance coverage no less than $300,000.00 per aircraft. In addition, all hangars are subject to a bi-annual inspection to be conducted by the County Administrative Services and Building Inspections Departments.
