Saturdays by the Sea

A four hour class taught by certified SRCD teachers and trained high school students. Activities include fishing, kayaking, field collecting, microscopy, dissections, and discussions focusing on fish, invertebrates, marine mammals of the Gulf of Mexico and marine conservation. Topics change monthly so no two experiences are the same!

 

WHEN: The following Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

August 28,2010 (grades 3-5)

September 11, 2010 (grades K-2) (parents welcome)

September 25,2010 (grades 3-5)

October 9, 2010 (grades 6-8)

October 23,2010 (grades K-2) (parents welcome)

November 6,2010 (grades 3-5)

November 13,2010 (grades 6-8)

 

WHERE: Navarre Beach Marine Science Station

            8638 Blue Heron Court, Navarre Beach Park

 

COST: $25 dollars cash or check to Navarre High School due the morning of the program.
